***Only Romance Rewards members who have an active account upon arrival at the resort are eligible. As it may take several days for a new Romance Rewards member account to be activated, we recommend signing up a week before arrival. In Negril, Trading Places is available between Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril only. In Ocho Rios, Trading Places is extended between Couples Sans Souci and Couples Tower Isle only. Guests must sign up for Trading Places at Guest Relations 24 hours in advance. Space is limited. Complimentary transfers from the host hotel will depart in the mornings (times vary by resort) and will return no later than 4:00 pm. Should a guest decide to leave the nearby resort before 4:00 pm, transfer costs will be at the guest's expense. If a guest misses the 4:00 pm transfer, the nearby resort reserves the right to charge the current day pass rate. Activities at the nearby resort that require reservations such as excursions and scuba are not part of the day pass privilege. Spa facilities may be utilized subject to availability; however, no coupons or credits from the guest's resort may be used at the nearby resort.
Nights stayed are cumulative. No benefits are earned or redeemed on complimentary stays or Industry Discounted Rates. Nights expire 4 years after being posted to your account. One Romance Rewards account per couple. A paid three-night minimum stay is required to receive benefits. To receive credit for your stay, provide your Romance Rewards number online, at the Front Desk upon check-in or before check-out. Your account will credited, 30 days after check-out. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of their account.
*A resort credit may be applied to room category upgrades upon arrival (subject to availability), spa and salon services, private dinners, photos and photo packages from resort photographers, telephone charges dialed from room, Chairman's special wine list, night snorkeling, gift shop or romance packages. Resort Credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable and expires at check-out. Resort credit is applicable on a per visit basis, and consecutive stays at the same property do no entitle guests to receive multiple resort credits.
Referral credit of $25 per couple must be redeemed on arrival with the Guest Relations Desk. Referred guests must have previously completed the first visit within 24 months of Referrer's visit. Valid for one visit only.
ROMANCE REWARDS MEMBERS must pre-check in online to select your special gift preferences in advance of your arrival.
- You must pre-check in at least 3 days in advance of your arrival date.
- Your gift will be delivered to you within 24 hours of your check-in at the resort.
Please note that failure to pre check-in may result in a further delay or forfeiture of benefits.
